Non-exempt - 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) (1 hour lunch break between 11:00am - 2:00pm)

Summary

Provide administrative support for Inventory Control, in an order processing capacity

Description

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Responsibilities:

  • Process branch sales orders for inventory allocation and movement, identifying and communicating back-order needs as they arise
  • Communicate effectively with multiple departments and branches
  • Maintain accurate back-order logs for current sales, making updates as necessary
  • Support 204D State Contract administrative tasks, to include order processing and billing
  • Assist tracking lease returns from sales & service branches, ensuring equipment is accounted for and returned in a timely fashion
  • Reconcile weekly shuttle summaries, coordinating with the Purchasing & Logistics Manager and Billing department
  • ERP (enterprise resource planning) system data entry, utilizing E-Automate software
  • Support large installation operations, coordinating with the Service department for accurate handling of paperwork
  • Support branch shuttle delivery operations (as needed), to include: order picking for branch shuttle needs
  • Be cognizant of damaged/missing inventory and communicate concerns to Inventory Control leadership
  • Update system pricing and complete various data entry projects as necessary
  • Assist with major account installation setup, including unboxing and configuration of equipment
  • Any other duties, as needed, to support Systel and the Inventory Department

Requirements:

  1. Exceptional ability for attention-to-detail
  2. Proficient computer knowledge and skills, to include experience with Microsoft Office software suite
  3. Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills
  4. Ability to work in a team environment cohesively
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and be deadline oriented

A valid driver’s license is required to be considered for employment. Must have proficient computer skills. The ability to lift up to 35 lbs. is preferable. Must be precise with numbers. Must have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with employees, vendors and customers.
