This trust has driven us to raise the bar on safety by developing comprehensive security features, like DASH, short for Dispatch and Security Help Desk, to give our customers peace of mind when placing a service call. DASH utilizes a GPS tracking feature that enables customers to receive real-time location and status updates, as well as the estimated arrival time, name, number, and photo ID of the responding service technician. The technician’s progress can be monitored until the reason for the call has been resolved.
