Command Center


Systel’s Service and Command Center offers remote troubleshooting and diagnostics from our team of highly skilled service technicians. The Command Center fields over 200 calls each month and is able to resolve approximately 95% of these calls within minutes. We are proud to offer the Command Center as a problem-solving resource that provides immediate assistance to customers without the need for an onsite technician.

We recognize that any time a service call is placed, our customers are putting their trust in Systel- to not only provide excellent customer service, but also to provide certainty about who is entering their workplace. This trust has driven us to raise the bar on safety by developing comprehensive security features, like DASH, short for Dispatch and Security Help Desk, to give our customers peace of mind when placing a service call. DASH utilizes a GPS tracking feature that enables customers to receive real-time location and status updates, as well as the estimated arrival time, name, number, and photo ID of the responding service technician. The technician’s progress can be monitored until the reason for the call has been resolved.
